Thank you for shopping with us. We strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding returns and refunds for products purchased through our website.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Due to the custom nature of some of our products (such as commissioned pet portraits or custom design work), refunds are generally not available once production has begun.

  • Refunds may be considered only if the item arrives damaged or defective, or if the wrong product is received.

Timeframe for Requests

  • Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving their order to request a refund or report a damaged/defective product.

  • Requests should include your order number and photos of the product, if applicable.

Refund Process

  • If your refund request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product (if necessary).

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3  days after we receive the returned item or approve the request.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges for custom products. If an item is damaged in transit, we will work with you to repair or replace it as appropriate.
